The main house is situated on the banks of Lake Vembanad (one of the largest lakes in India) approximately 13 kms north of Alleppey. From here you have an unrivalled chance to explore the beautiful backwaters of Kerala by House Boat, country Speed Boat, or by our own outboard Motor Boat, all of which can moor up by our lakeside gates. |
The spacious lake-facing verandah is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and see the fishermen casting their nets, whilst the private lakeside swimming pool provides a chance to cool off after a lazy day in the sun. |

The self-contained, traditionally tiled Guest's Cottage nestles amongst the palm trees in the gardens. The cottage has a large double bedroom with en-suite "open to the sky" bathroom, a private verandah overlooking the natural ponds and a private courtyard garden. It is equipped with a fridge,television (satellite channel) DVD Player, tea and coffee making facilities and is fully air-conditioned. |
Alternatively, guests wishing to stay in the main house havehave the choice of two large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and their own direct access onto the verandah. Again the room is equipped
